WINE COOLERS OF
is born out of passion. Passion for wine that we love to share.
Out of this passion and with the tasting and comparing of exactly the same wines, aged for years under different circumstances, we discovered that the best place to store wines is not a normal cellar. The reason? The temperature and humidity. Even in a cellar these two base units are difficult to combine. The ideal storage temperature for wine is 10-12 degrees Celsius, 12 months a year, year after year. Only a cellar deep in the ground might have this ideal combination. But, even if you are one of the lucky few to possess such a cellar, after years the humidity damages your wine labels.
In one you can keep your wines under ideal conditions for years, so that wine comes to optimal maturation.
The slower a wine matures, the better the fruit in the wine is preserved and more time is given to the tannin to reduce itself. This benefits the balance and finesse of the wine, because the humidity in a BODEGA43 is automatically regulated, it is moist enough to prevent the cork from drying out. As a result, it remains resilient and supple, while the interior of the wine cooler is dry enough to make the labels look like the bottle has just been labelled after many years. Ideal if you're considering ever getting rid of your showpieces at an auction for a lot of money.
